Item was shipped quickly but I wish that photos of the headphone serial number were part of the pictures taken of the item.     The best available

    I've tried the Philips Optichamber Diamond and the Aerochamber and this one really does allow more particles to be respirable with less deposited on the throat. I was able to cut my daily Qvar dose in half. I recommend inhaling VERY slowly. The round opening is actually perfect for the round Qvar actuator.

    Great except for one thing.

    I dropped it from 5 to 4 stars because it did not have a mouthpiece cover. Otherwise it is great little unit. The round opening is suitable for my QVAR inhaler.
