- v***p (1981)- Feedback left by buyer.Past yearVerified purchaseThis is not a traditional "bulkhead" fitting with a taper pipe thread on one side and a bolt thread (with nut) on the other to adjust for bulkhead thickness. It's a stainless steel 1/2"NPT hex pipe nipple with a stainless steel 1/2"NPT coupler and 2 stainless steel washers with seals. It will work on a thin walled metal bulkhead, but if your bulkhead is thicker, I don't think there would be enough thread engagement for a secure fit with the taper pipe threads on both ends.
