    Interesting, to say the least

    I needed this book for a college modern dance class. I did not find the imagery exercises very useful. Many of them were really really weird and did not change anything about my dancing. Some images were helpful, and helped release tension in my shoulder & hip sockets. It helped somewhat, but I learned a lot more from my actual modern teacher. She rarely even referred to the book.

    Very useful tool!

    Easier to understand and perform than Franklin's conditioning for dance. Easy to understand imagery. I definitely recommend!
