    This BEAUTIFUL map helps me to get a sense of where my English ancestors lived, in Lyminge and in Petham. One of them, Ambrose Cobb, came to America in 1635. I have learned that they served The Crown in various ways for, I believe, Hundreds of years, which is why my very DNA and my Heart, belong to England. Living there in the 1950s is something that I never got over! Thank You So Much~ I will have this framed and consult it as I learn about how my ancestors lived, travelled, ate, & worked.
