    The satellite works well, though I’m not convinced it was brand new as advertised, and I overpaid because it was sold as brand new versus used. It took some time to sync it to my router because it had to be reset, another indicator that it was previously synced to a different router. It’s up and running now, without any problems.

    The RBS50 was in brand new great condition as described by the seller. I was able to add it to my Orbi setup immediately with no issues. It was a couple of firmware versions older, but I was able to manually update to the last version netgear has put out. I was unable to use the automatic update to get my original router and satellites to this version previously, so I wasn’t worried.
