    Beautifully illustrated children's book about C. Monet

    My daughter had to do a short report about Claude Monet and Le Tord's "A Blue Butterfly" was one of the only children's books I could find in the library. I fell in love with the simple story and beautiful watercolor illustrations. I have been looking for a good copy to purchase ever since. The book I received is in good condition but it is missing the dustjacket. Additionally, it was not mentioned to me that there is an inscription on the front page from a gift giver to his/her recipient. Seeing that really disappointed me. However, most copies that I have seen for sale are former library copies and have library stamps all over the inside, so my copy probably isn't so bad. Hope my review helps. If you purchase a copy for your own library, I'm sure you'll be pleased!
