It is too early to comment on the quality of this product. A battery's quality is determined over time. How long does it hold a charge? Does the charge last as long as advertised? How many times can it be recharged? I've only had it less than a week so I don't know the answers to those questions. As for recommending it and is it a good value, I would say yes after enough time has passed to answer the questions above with a positive response.

After charging for two days, it work very well in weed eater however when I put it back into charger it would not charge. When you push the button to see the charge level nothing shows. I cannot get it charge the second time. My 2.6 ones works better and charge faster.
