The yellow insulation remover works, easy to use different size wires. This is a tool the Government and Military needs inexpensive, simple to use, upgrades Ethernet Category 3, 4, 5, 5e, 6, 6a, 7 to Category 8. The USPS taped it shut, put a photocopied note inside, and delayed it for a full week. Fortunately only one of the ten was slightly dented, and they didn't' lose any of them.
