    Fantastic Etsy Shop owner - item was packed as if it was being shipped so carefully - to prevent any potential shipping damage.     I did not receive the items as described in description. They were described as Complete Season 1 and 2. I recieved The best of Season 1 and the Complete season 2. When reported to the seller. They offered a $12 refund (one fourth of my out of pocket costs). I stated that $19 would be appropriate (one half of the $38. product cost). They said they would refund $15. That is 32% to correct one half of the order. I am not pleased with their resolution but felt forced to accept it.
