When I first unwrapped the delivery, the cups didn't match the colour of the bowl or handle, so I contacted the supplier. They responded within minutes with an explanation and an offer to refund. In that time, however, the cups had changed colour to match the rest of the set, while sitting in a warm room. It must have been very cold in transit. Truly amazing. I am also VERY impressed with their customer satisfaction.
