    Package looping is difficult to deal with. I do suggest that both the buyer and seller contact usps when “package looping” is discovered. Since usps is heavily automated the system can get get stuck on stupid. Flagging the package can bring human intervention into the loop and finally, hopefully it can finally finish its journey. Anything else I shall keep to myself.
