After contact with Dell Support I am still waiting on a replacement since 8 March! Service is really slow due to “parts being in backlog”. There is constant contact through WhatsApp though, but it just takes too long.

No one wants to help all they say we can refund all this time and effort wasted. Yeah would never buy Dell again due to people who are working there this is supposed to be a international brand who had no customer service skills at all.

Negative feedbackby u***pDuring past 6 monthsBought an S3422DWG monitor. Arrived dead on arrival with heavy flickers and solid line smack in the middle of monitor. Went through excruciating chat with tech support who made me jump through hoops performing irrelevant updates and troubleshooting when it was clearly relayed that problem was monitor issues when unconnected to any systems. Eventually a replacement was arranged to be delivered, and I got incorrectly sent an AIO Optiplex replacement screen. Not resolved yet until now.

HDR works ok, colours good, blacks good and immersive. Looks slick and enjoying the screen.
I noticed it was rated the best ultra widescreen monitor for gaming according to rtings.com. I did more research and there is a lot of great feedback and the price was reasonable. After giving it a run, I am pleasantly surprised at how well it handles everything thrown at it, even with HDR on. Colours are great (more rich wIthout HDR). With an Nvidia card on FreeSync, there are microstutters below 60fps but expected. Much better than my other AOC Agon 3 I had before.

Great Product and Build especially for Dell Users
As user of a Dell g7 15" gaming laptop. I found it exceptionally easy to setup and effortless easy to use. The Size is perfect for gaming and multitasking for all those other business/leisure needs. I really enjoy the ability to use the USB ports onboard to act as a quasi hub direct from the Monitor. Looks stylish on any desktop and not garish or overtly 'look at me' Would definitely recommend the monitor especially if you have Dell PC it gives you that little bit extra.

Best bang for buck
Great field of view , works amazing on Xbox and my Mac Pro , hdr settings work well on console but need adjusting on the Mac , the color range is very decent for this panel for this price range . Beats the competition out the water for a sub $1000 panel at this size . Highly recommend . Came two weeks earlier than fell expected .

Love love love this monitor
I was well overdue for a monitor upgrade and I’m very happy with this one. Just be aware of the resolution/aspect ratio of the monitor and your computer/laptop as it might not be compatible and make your display blurry. But I fixed that by getting a new hdmi cable that supports 4k
