The email back & forth was a painful & a Terrible Experience wasting so much time. 15 Extra days to get a swap out sent. I Wouldn't recommend using the Dell/eBay to save a few $$'s. Just visit a store, warranty swap out would be much easier.

Why buy this monitor, well for one thing unless your rich, for the rest of us this is a lot of monitor for the money! HUGE/CURVED with a SINLGE power lead (no brick) with speakers. So for daily use this is as BIG as you want to go and 1080P is perfect for gaming or business. Don't be put off by the 75hz refresh rate, its perfect and only GAMERS with too much money need higher. For me, a casual gamer it means I can save money on a GPU too! A RTX3050 or better is perfect for this monitor! I paid $240 delivered on sale, at this price you just cant find a better deal and thats with free, included delivery too!
