Item received never worked. Informed Seller who wanted me to buy another at full price and keep existing one with a 50% discount. I declined. Seller asked that I return item in original packaging marked “Return to Sender” so there was no postage expense on Seller’s part. I declined; there’d be no record that it was returned. Seller suggested other remedies for several hours instead of just doing the right thing and refunding $11. Seller finally sent return label but by then I was finished.
