    A perfect lens

I had one of these lenses before and sold it with my old E-510. In going over my old photos I realized how great a performer it is, particularly at the longer focal lengths. I now have it permanently on a E-420 and carry this great combo on all trips. It is better quality and lighter than my Nikon lenses. It covers the range of 36 to 360 mm in standard 35mm terms and I would need a combo of two nikon lenses to be the equivalent. I hate to have to change lenses in the field. I also love the four thirds format

  • Unbelievably immaculate, as new.

The item was in immaculate condition, as new. The description that was exactly as advertised. Very happy as it was very hard to find this product due Olympus stopped producing it. So when I found it on eBay, I was overwhelmed. Thank you so much.

  • Has all the wide angle and zoom that i need

I usually carry two camera bodies and switch around three or four different lenses. This lens is lightweight and has all the wide angle and zoom that I need. Plus and this is a big plus, the aperture is larger at 62mm compared with the 58. Sure for the 180mm but it helps a lot for the darker environments using a typical 45mm setting. The internal lens elements look clear as are the pictures. The mechanism feels smooth - no grit, no free play. Very nice lens - wish I had purchased it years ago.

  • Sharp Images, Looks and Functions Like New!

So far it has worked perfectly with my Olympus E-3. No flaws, no glitches and looks brand new.

  • New Life for Older Lens

This is very nice, solid Zuiko original Four-Thirds zoom lens covering 18-180mm (36-360mm in 35mm format); an excellent 10x zoom range. Max aperature at the tele end is somewhat slow, but in decent light it produces sharp, beautiful, distortion free images and serves as an excellent one-lens-fits-all or fits-most shooting situations. With 5-axis IBIS on modern MFT cameras, the beauty of this Zuiko 10x Super Zoom can now be easily appreciated with an inexpensive lens adapter. It's a tad heavy glass at around 425 grams, but it's only 3 inches long and balances very nicely on today's smaller camera bodies. Find one in good shape and I can virtually guarantee you will not be at all disappointed. It really is a gem of a lens.
