    I ordered 2 copies and the first arrived very quickly and as described. The invoice stated that the second was being sent separately. I tried tracking but it only referred to the first book. After over a week I contacted them and received an e-mail telling me they didn't have any copies and would refund me. So I've had to access another copy from elsewhere for my son.

    I have rated this as a positive experience due to the way the seller handled the issue of the book never arriving, and tracking never updating.
