Great unit but software is dated to older systems
This unit works fine. It is old technology works only up to Win XP. However I was able to find a driver to allow it to work on Win 7 and Win 8.1. I was able to make a wireless printer out of one that was not wireless. I had another one of these that gave up after being left on for weeks. So I would recommend turning the power off when not in use. Its too bad HP didn't upgrade the software to work on current editions of Windows.
