Had I known this would be the case I would have shopped elsewhere. I have hearing damage so I need subtitles for some things, and obviously bootlegs have no subtitles. But upon reading other reviews I see that other customers have had similar experiences. No disrespect intended, but some transparency and honesty would've been appreciated.

I was a little leary to start with because the listing says to ignore all negative reviews. That they were people who did not want to return the DVD, but wanted a refund and just keep it for free, and the ones that were sent back played perfectly fine. I didn't trust him and went directly through eBay to get a refund and they had a notification that the listing has been removed because of a policy foundation!
