My concern is with FedEx, it seem as if products that come from China via FedEx Express attract more tax at Customs in South Africa. I payed Customs Vat R186,45 + Customs duty R191.20 + ROD Fee R150 ? Total R527,65. This made the product way more expensive than I had anticipated, spoiling the purchasing experience a bit. Something is not right with FedEx arrangement with Customs. 🤔
