Don’t be tempted to buy other affordable materials if you want traditional crunchy crusts. These are Not non-stick, which is Good - so you will need to grease the insides of the moulds. For the authentic honey flavoured crust - use "white oil", a mix of 1 cup heated mild vegetable oil ( I use canola ) with 1 teaspoon of pure bee’s wax (no more) until melted. Then cool in a jar until like a soft white paste. A great seller too.
