    Oh my goodness I have never seen a product wrapped so securely! I bought four mugs a couple of years ago and my family loved them, but I couldn't find them again to buy more -- but this seller had two listed. The listing was perfectly accurate and they came very quickly, but the packaging was over the top. I think this box could've been dropped from the second story and the mugs would not have broken! It wasn't haphazard -- it was custom and perfect. Great experience!
