Dust jacket has edge wear, small chips along the top and bottom, sun fading to the spine, and smudges on the back. There is little edgewear to the spine and boards nor bumping to the corners but some fading to the cover at top and bottom. The binding is straight and tight, hinges are firmly attached with no cracking to the end pagers. Text block is firm. There is a previous owner name on the front-end paper as well as author signature. The interior pages are clean with no tears, no chips, or previous owner marks. 141 pages. Dimensions: H – 8” W – 6-1/2” All photos are of the actual book.”
