    A new way of looking

    The Zeiss Distagon T* 15mm 2.8 is an amazing piece of glass. All my lenses up to this point have been Canon L Series, the best Canon has to offer. A couple of the Canon's are great lenses, my 24-70L f/2.8 ll for example. My 24L ll and my 14L ll are very sharp stopped down in broad daylight and are nice compact pieces of glass but they have huge coma at night. This Zeiss lens takes things to a whole new level. I can't explain it only to say the lens has more"life" in it. The colors are deeper, richer and the lens is SHARP all the way out to the edges. The amount of coma in the copy I have is not an issue. I bought the Zeiss over Nikon's 14-24 and Canon's 11-24 after much thought. The Zeiss is very comfortable and balanced even on the light-weight 6D. It takes ND filters without a problem ...

    expensive, but worth it

    Buy this lens by Zeiss quality, the results are very good, minimal distortion to 15 mm, and very good definition
