    Great for maintaining senior fitness.

    Great exercise DVD for seniors. Easy to follow. Angie has "oldies" following along with modifications if needed. Not high powered. No pressure. Can just do a combo set instead of a full workout. No getting down on the floor or difficult moves. Mainly standing or seated exercises. Enough variety so you don't get bored. Very helpful to maintain senior fitness
