My product arrived bent out of shape as it hadn’t been packaged and it has marks on it from when it was manufactured. It can’t be used at all. The seller offered me a 20% refund, then 25%, then 35% and then $15 even though I sent photos of the obviously damaged product. They told me they only make 2% on the sale and it’s hard to make money on EBay so I can’t get a refund for my damaged product. They then asked me revise my negative rating and they would talk about financial compensation.

The item delivered was not as described so did not fit into the vehicle which meant it was useless to me. After contacting the seller they offered to refund me just $10 and allow me to keep the item. I told them this was not acceptable because the item is of no use. I advised the seller the only suitable remedies were to refund me in full or send me the correct item. They instead offered me $15 refund and to keep the item. I am still out of pocket and not happy at all. Avoid this seller!
