| Seller Notes: | “This clock is in excellent condition and is in full working order. It has a stunning oak body with an arched top and carved, zig-zagged/stepped sides. The oak has a deep conker coloured finish. The front of the clock has a stunning, Art Deco design. The underside of the plinth base is carved with pointed and curved shapes, which adds difference to this clock. There is a very mild patina, which it has acquired through time, enhancing the appearance of the clock. The face is a circular, silvered dial with black numbers and hands. There are two winding trains. Through time the face has faded, but the numbers can still be seen. The face has a brass framed, convex glass casing, which is intact and is in excellent condition. To the back of the clock is a door to the mechanism chamber. The door is intact and in excellent condition. There is a coiled chime bar. This clock comes complete with it's key and pendulum.” |
