Great product, highly recommend!
Good quality product I can hear the ‘activated szzz szzzz’ sound when I briefly washed it before putting into the filter. My shrimps were noticeable happier/more active after the carbon been there for around an hour. I do a water change when I put in the carbon but I can see that the water is clearer as well after a few days.

3.04.21 - More than 2 weeks after i ordered this product, I still have not received the activated carbon pellets. The Couriers Please tracker is useless, it stops at 25th March. I would highly recommend you send your products via Australia Post, my experience (considerable) is that I would have received this product within 5 days of ordering. I have had the same problem with Sendle couriers. They go backwards & forwards to & from the major cities straight past our village. Their performance is pitiful & I won't be using any of these couriers in the future. 3.04.21 - More than 2 weeks after i ordered this product, I still have not received the activated carbon pellets. This filtered out the algae "green bloom that my expensive filtering system could not. I can now seethe fish and the bottom of the pond. Great!
