I bought 36 cups in total. They were received very promptly. They have great customer service as the owner called me to check I had ordered the correct size which I hadn’t. The ones I ordered were too small so David’s call saved me the inconvenience of having to return them, thank goodness! We love them and the price was very reasonable. This is a great product and of superior quality. However, the communication with Barel Australia was underwhelming. I was originally trying to purchase another product which would have worked out cheaper overall, however I was being charged twice for postage. I contacted Barel with screenshots of the issue, and whilst they were responsive at the beginning, I experienced radio silence and was left with no other option than to purchase the more expensive product as it was a gift. Be wary!
