*All items to be returned must adhere to the following conditions in order for a refund/ exchange of the returned goods to be processed:
*Items to be returned must include all relevant documents (eg.warranty certificates, instruction manuals) tags, product accessories and must be returned along with the original packaging and the customer copy/receipt denoting proof of payment within 60 days of the invoiced date.
*All merchandise to be returned must be unused.
