There was some damage to the box, and some minor damage to the tree as a result, but the customer service people at ozplaza living could not have been more helpful when I told them about this. They responded promptly and were happy to receive photos so they could see what had happened. The service was very warm and friendly, and we were especially grateful that they offered a partial refund due to the damage. Outstanding!

    Very impressed with my purchase. Ordered it on Saturday and received it today on Tuesday morning. No bad smell and quite firm and steady. Was expecting it to be a bit bigger, it is slightly smaller than I expected but other than that I am a very happy girl.     Blanket box

    I love it. It arrived earlier then expected and looks great. I replaced the legs with longer ones so my cat uses it to get through the cat flap to the decking enclosure and i use the box to put all my camera gear it. It is beautiful
