Product, service, and price really good. So was the seller's communication and understanding when things went pear shaped.
The item ended up at the wrong end of Queensland, due to the Redbank sorting centre not being able to read a clear tracking number and postcode. Adelaide, via Cairns, to southern address took 12 days and a few frustrating phone calls to Auspost. However, my local post office were great and made a "lost article" claim, which forced Auspost to find it and scan its location.
