The first Black Ops was good even though there were plenty of cinema-graphics but some like that for the story. This too has plenty of cinema-graphics with similar game play. For me the downside is the car driving. A cross into GTA that I for one dislike. The initial car section was ok but the follow on of others interspersed annoyed me and for non-car players made the going slow and horrid. A few bugs still exist in the shooting but you can work around them. The shooting is strong even with the story on rails. I'm enjoying it but not as much as the first. Those into multiplayer will love the zombies and the close play in Nuketown.
and now with backwards compatability can run on xbox one

Painfully linear and repetitive gameplay with awful enemy AI and zero interactivity and/or freedom with surrounding landscapes in level designs, a turgid and stupid-arse American pride plot that makes me want to smash my Xbox, but with some pretty good multiplayer content, which isn't enough enough to make it a good game for me.
Awesome game, bought it for the multiplayer on Xbox live. It's so bad ass. Call of duty has received alot of bad publicity from the 'gamer community' but still serves as a fun and enjoyable solo or multiplayer game!
Still my favourite black ops
