A Diet Version of Wave and Groom
I’ve tried most of the Dax range and it’s now apparent that the hard ones are not for me. The G&G is very firm and even when warmed it still gives a tug on the hair. I also found that this one dried my hair out a bit. This is not dissimilar to Dax Wave & Groom albeit slightly softer. Not much shine and a bit harsh on base wax. Nice smell but overall just not for me. Try the Dax Neat Waves. That’s probably the best in range and similar to Nu Nile which is superb.

A more user friendly Dax
This is a better version of Dax for short hair I think as it’s less sticky than Wave and Groom. I’m in my 50’s but luckily still have a full head of hair, albeit semi grey now and I really like the slight oil finish it gives as I feel my hair is less dry than it was before I used Green and Gold. It is also easier to wash out in the shower too.
