Item was as described and packaged well, & seller left feedback for me before I am leaving theirs, which is always a big plus for me, demonstrating confidence in their product and their performance as a seller. The only thing that stopped this being a perfect transaction for me was that I had to have it sent to my work because they used a courier. The tree arrived promptly, and looked exactly the same as in the picture. There was some damage to the box, and some minor damage to the tree as a result, but the customer service people at ozplaza living could not have been more helpful when I told them about this. They responded promptly and were happy to receive photos so they could see what had happened. The service was very warm and friendly, and we were especially grateful that they offered a partial refund due to the damage. Outstanding!
