This unit is just ok. If you require this style and there is no other options, then get it. Otherwise, it does break. The struts are very flexible so if the plane is on the heavy side greater than 1.5 pounds, they'll flex and the wheels will end up with negative camber and the plane will "squat." I had to use popsicle sticks to stiffen the struts and then use piano wire to tie the two sides together so they wouldn't spread apart. It may also be on the heavy side for what it is. For me, this one happens to have the right shape, dimensions and looks for my profile plane.

Great micro profile landing gear. Have used them on half a dozen planes and not one has broken yet despite a fer hard landings.

Just too big and heavy for my intended use on a 3D profile foamy. Was looking for a quick alternative to scratch built carbon fiber rods.
