Item was delivered in a timely manner. I bought this item just for a walking treadmill and didn't really expect to be running on it, which I haven't tried anyway. If you want to know fairly accurately how many calories you burn and heart rate, I wouldn't rely on this machine's data. I've got a Garmin heart rate monitor which I use for accurate information. The machine seems to run well and is fairly quiet. We have used it for quite a few hours and seems okay so far.

The tree arrived promptly, and looked exactly the same as in the picture. There was some damage to the box, and some minor damage to the tree as a result, but the customer service people at ozplaza living could not have been more helpful when I told them about this. They responded promptly and were happy to receive photos so they could see what had happened. The service was very warm and friendly, and we were especially grateful that they offered a partial refund due to the damage. Outstanding!
