Assembled ok but no mention of requiring to remove drawbar and front axle stay from front axle assembly, as shipped, in order to assemble front axle assembly to frame. Also step 5 is about attaching front frame to tub, not rear axle assembly! Rear axle was step 2! Drawing in step 4 not related to steering assembly for the cart I assembled? Everything worked out.

The tree arrived promptly, and looked exactly the same as in the picture. There was some damage to the box, and some minor damage to the tree as a result, but the customer service people at ozplaza living could not have been more helpful when I told them about this. They responded promptly and were happy to receive photos so they could see what had happened. The service was very warm and friendly, and we were especially grateful that they offered a partial refund due to the damage. Outstanding!
