I was disappointed with this product. Purchased as a gift for Christmas. After watching it be assembled I thought you wouldn’t want to be tall as the setting is tiny. Not a true wicker outdoor setting I still can not get over how small the chairs and tables are !

The tree arrived promptly, and looked exactly the same as in the picture. There was some damage to the box, and some minor damage to the tree as a result, but the customer service people at ozplaza living could not have been more helpful when I told them about this. They responded promptly and were happy to receive photos so they could see what had happened. The service was very warm and friendly, and we were especially grateful that they offered a partial refund due to the damage. Outstanding!
