Deceptive seller with disingenuous excuses. Item was listed as "New in box". The processor, heatsink (cooler) and contents of the box were clearly used (as per attached images). Relative to other listings for the same item on eBay, I significantly overpaid for the item. Upon contacting the seller, I was given a rather disappointing excuse as to why the listing was incorrect. In short, we don't inspect items and it is "box-in-box-out". Sought a fair resolution, but seller has been unresponsive.
