Good value for money. Pole saws are a bit heavy and cumbersome when the extensions are fitted but with care they work quite well for reaching out of the way branches etc. Once assembled and fueled and carby primed the engine started first pull. Note these do not have a compression release so require a firm pull on the starter. Happy with the purchase.

The tree arrived promptly, and looked exactly the same as in the picture. There was some damage to the box, and some minor damage to the tree as a result, but the customer service people at ozplaza living could not have been more helpful when I told them about this. They responded promptly and were happy to receive photos so they could see what had happened. The service was very warm and friendly, and we were especially grateful that they offered a partial refund due to the damage. Outstanding!
