Considering it was listed as "new" and well above retail price, I was disappointed. Box was opened, and seal on bottom was broken (not sure if it comes with top seal?). One of the tubes missing foil seal. The box itself was dirty, as if it was dragged across a dirty floor. Upon contacting seller, I was told I could send back. After considering going to PO, spending my own time and money to ship back, I decided to keep. I would never do business with this company again though.
