An all-time classic Western that leaves more questions than it answers about Matt, Kitty and the Long Branch Saloon. Some good historical content. With Chester Goode, Doc and the gang, always entertaining. I love my collection.

At Last! We waited long enough for it.
This is the eagerly anticipated and long delayed release of Part One of the Fourth Season, which includes more of the best of the black and white episodes with Chester. The release of Season Four was delayed for so long, that most of us had given up after reading earlier, on the internet, that the release of it had been cancelled, due to lack of interest/sales. It was only after being totally surprised to find "Gunsmoke, The Fourth Season, Vol. 2" on the shelf at Walmart recently, that I rushed to eBay to look for a seller of Volume 1(Walmart didn't even have Volume 1 in their database). The CBS box sets are of excellent quality, but there has been a lot of resentment on the part of loyal fans, due to the splitting of the seasons into two parts, beginning with season two, and, the failure to release Season Four when it was originally scheduled for same. This is such good collectible material that fans will be very disappointed if they don't continue to release these seasons after this.
The Brutal Old West
This is a thought provoking series of stories showing some of the brutal situations that those who came before us had to endure. Its a wonder any of our forefathers survived the bloody carnage of the old west.
