Return policy details
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item(s) to us at the above address within 14 days of receipt. The item(s) being returned must be in the same condition, complete with the original packaging to qualify for a refund. Postage & Packaging costs to return the item(s) must be paid by the buyer.
At the time of returning the item(s) please be sure to e-mail us at email@example.com stating your eBay User ID & Item Number(s). This will make it easier to know who the return is from and will speed up the refund process.
Upon receipt of the item(s) and confirming there is no change to the original product(s) despatched, we will issue a refund within 3 working days. If the item(s) has been returned as it is faulty, the full cost of the item(s) will be refunded. If there is no fault with the item a 25% restocking fee will be charged, a refund of 85% will be issued. In any instance we cannot refund Postage & Packaging costs.
The refund will be made by the same method in which you paid for the item(s). If you paid by Cheque or Postal Order please allow 7 working days from receipt of the return for you to receive your refund. Please allow at least 3 working days in all instances to receive your refund.
