Perfect for the job.

Perfect fit to allow the twin port sfp+ 10GbE card to be correctly held in my computer case, as it's not a half-height server! Arrived very quickly and we'll packaged.

A good 10gb sfp card, but difficult to work in non-HPE equipment.

If this is a 1:1 swap for an existing part in an HPE server, you'll be happy. If you want to put this in a desktop/workstation board, you have to blank/tape over pins 4 and 5 It takes forever to boot in non-HPE server gear. Perhaps a new bios will fix this... Performance is great as you'd expect, good compatibility with SFPs.

Good card, but not for Hyper-V

The card works great, but the drivers/firmware do not interface well with Hyper-V with Windows Server 2016 and causes slow virtual machine network access.

Works Great!

Using this adapter with vmware 6 and it works very well. Only issue is that the vmware 6 driver needs to be downgraded to an earlier version in order for this adapter to work.
