Experience with this seller was great, good price, good communication, quick delivery. However the product itself is disappointing; the trolley falls over whenever there are no clothes in it and pegs in the basket - it needs a counter weight. There is also no bar to stop the basket from sliding out the back when you go over a bump or the door jamb. Quite a poor design Hills, my old, cheaper trolley is a much better design.
