Why did I buy this? We are going to Iceland later this year and wanted a good map We like the fact that it supports the National Geographic ORG It appears to be the most upto date version of the map available What do I like about this product? It is very clear despite the relatively small scale It has all the key locations for visitors in bold red type It has distances between arrow points like the Mitchelin Maps It is tear resistant very practical It uses good quality water resistant paper very practical It appears to be the most complete and upto date map of its type in the English language covering Iceland as a whole It has good quality photographes around the perimeter edges It divides the country into half vertically It is double side printed and folds easily It is lightweight and has a clearly read and easily understood key index It does not overload the map with too much information very good balance of info v clarity What did I dislike about it? It has no town street map guides (they could be around edges) How does it compare to other maps? It has enough detail and topographical colours to compare very well with Mitchelin Maps - paper is of a higher quality It does not have the detail of an Ordance Survey Map but it is much less bulky and its good features outway the missing detail you would need to carry several maps to do better It is an excellent product good for tourists back-packers and cyclists who want a robust practical map that tells them enough information in a clear and easily understood manner Top Notch Robust Product Highly RecommendedRead full review
