Dell and questionable upfront honesty
I had to give it 3 stars but not because value is bad or because laptop have issues, but purely for Dell's lack of disclosure and honesty about laptops being built after they receive money from the sale, which leads to very long time before they are even able to send them out. Very lenghty and frustrating process. In my opinion they should be selling only products that are in their possession and ready to be shipped and therefore avoid ridiculous lenght of time for products to arrive. Thank you for reading.
