I bought 2 of these for a friend who had about 22 dull kitchen knifes. First I sharped these knifes and applied linseed oil to handles. My friend said that they are the sharpest knifes he has ever owned and that cooking is fun again. Now I will buy one for myself.

A Fantastic Knife
I love my ceramic knives , but they can chip . Stainless is nice , but tomatoes have tough skins sometimes . I was looking for a high carbon steel kitchen knife other than stainless , and I don't know what this is made of , but the Japanese have something called A-2 stainless , and it will take the best edge of any any stainless I have ever used . Whatever , this knife will slice a tomato like a Jedi light saber . I like knives and have many for different uses . This will most probably become my favorite . The cost was nominal , and it was in my hands 36 hours after I placed the order . I AM BLOWN AWAY .
