I was looking for a reasonable cost replacement for my Harmony 650. The Touch met my cost objective, with the understanding it is not part of the current suite of Harmony controllers. Being experienced with the 650, it is easy to program. At initial setup, it was able to import the 650 settings Unlike the more expensive controllers, the Touch technology is not compatible with items such as the fire stick nor does it penetrate closed doors. However, this is a minor issue when switching to the proper HDMI for the fire stick. Once the fire stick activates, I merely switch to the fire stick remote. Volume control stays with the touch which also controls my Bose sound bar. A drawback to be aware of is that the Touch has an end of life once the battery no longer charges. I'll search for a solution at the time. I already repaired my 650 with a cheap repair kit found on the web. It is being used for another TV.Read full review

Pretty disappointed with this remote.. The touch screen is annoying. Mostly annoying for the following reason.... My TV is set up with cable box for viewing and home theater system for sound. When I first set the remote up, it was able to control the cable box and volume at the same time from the home screen without having to switch between cable and audio functions. After a day, I can no longer control volume from the home screen and must go through the cumbersome process of choosing the home theater system to control it and turn the volume up or down, then go through touch screen again to change channels. This defeats the purpose of having a universal remote. I reset the remote and set it up again. Same result. Worked good at first and a day later I'm back to the same problem. I would not recommend purchasing this remote to anyone.Read full review

It took awhile to get the remote programmed to where it totally works for me, but once I got there, Iʻm 100% satisfied. I have a fairly sophisticated entertainment system: tv, receiver, DVD player, HD cable box, Amazon Fire TV. Once we got the remote set up, I can use Harmony for literally *everything* except navigating the Fire TV. I like how the remote feels in my hand, and it has every prompt I need to switch easily between live TV, recorded programs, On Demand, NetFlix, Dvds and Prime. It controls sound levels, and has excellent "help" features, if needed. I did need help setting it up, but now that itʻs done, I love it.

I bought this to work with all my devices. It looks good and works well so far. I didn't know before I got it that it requires the hub to work with the PS3 and PS4 so but that's my fault for not doing more research. The other issue I have is I can't find a way to move commands on the remote. So far I can only seem top do this on the computer then save that to the remote. Once you do get it programmed its amazing. I can control my TV, sound bar, xbox 360 and one as well as my media computer.
