I have used Mary Kay products in the past, but had gotten away from it. Mostly because getting and keeping a local rep is just not in the cards for me, I guess. I have very sensitive skin and must use hypoallergenic products -- nothing with fragrance, as this dries out my skin and then it becomes irritated. When I could not get MK Moisturizer, I went back to Oil of Olay for Sensitive Skin, which I had had luck with in the past, and could get at any local retailer without a problem. However, Oil of Olay changed their Sensitive Skin Moisturizer recently. The first thing I noticed was the aroma had a distinct smell of sunscreen. Then there were stains on my pillow case every week, similar in color (orange) like the stains you get on your hands if you do not wash them after using a sunscreen or self-tanning product -- except my face was still pale. Could not figure out where the stains were coming from. I finally figured out it had to be the Oil of Olay Sensitive skin moisturizer. Bought Mary Kay Moisturizer Formula #1 for Dry Skin -- no smell and no more stains on my pillow case! Wanted to use the Oil of Olay up that I had on hand, and just used it as hand lotion -- guess what -- the stains came back on my pillow case again. Now I will never go back to Oil of Olay and will keep using the Mary Kay products that I can find on eBay. PS - I found liquid OxyClean (not the powder) takes out the stains on my pillow cases. Just put some on the stain before laundering, let it stand a few minutes, and then launder as usual. Just be sure to NOT let the Oxyclean Liquid dry on the fabric.Read full review
I've been using this brand of moisturizer for over 20 years. I started with the #2 balancing moisturizer in my 20s and in the past 3 years switched to the enriched version for a smoother feel on my face. (Hey, your face changes after 20 years, and more moisturizer is needed.) Well this moisturizer is absolutely the best I've ever used. It has no perfumes and very light to the touch yet really soaks into my face and neck and provides a great base for my makeup - even the mineral powder version! My teen daughter has even used it and loves it too. It doesn't have an SPF and that's fine with me when I'm indoors. I just LOOOOOVE this moisturizer! (Age 46)
I was concerned because I knew the product is older but hoped would be ok. It is sort of separated & smells bad.

I love Mary Kay Moisturizer! It is a lightweight, non-greasy, easily absorbed product. It is non-comedogenic and is a clean, easy to use product. This moisturizer is non-scented and can be used day or night, though I usually use a heavier night cream as I am older. :)
